We are Laba Group, and we are leaders in the online education market in Eastern Europe.
For 6 years we have been launching online courses that help our clients develop their careers and grow their business. We trained more than 70 thousand students. Nowadays we have already started winning the international market.
Recently we launched our project in the Czech Republic and it is rapidly developing. We gathered together an exciting production team, which is producing our courses, but without a strong team of sales representatives we cannot take off. That’s why, we are looking for a Head of Sales, who will help draw up an effective sales strategy and lead a remote team at Laba Czech.
Your tasks will be as follows:
- hire sales managers and accommodate newbies who will perform by 120%
- train and motivate a team to continuously improve sales results
- draw up a sales plan and communicate it to each member of the team
- monitor the fulfillment of KPIs and track the speed of applications processing
- work out and optimize processes in the sales department
- arrange the working process using CRM-system and IP telephony
- hold meetings with lecturers and producers in order to learn more about the course and understand what "hurts" the clients
- draw up working scripts
We will work in harmony if you:
- native in Czech, know English at B2+ level to communicate with the international team and exchange experience
- have experience in B2C telephone sales/call center/customer service
- excited by the challenging tasks
- an ambitious leader with the skills of systemic management of the sales department
- have already managed the team and planned processes, as well as employee motivation and development
- know how to use the tools of effective sales and negotiations
- can evaluate the work of the team and provide explicit feedback
- can make decisions on time and be responsible for them
